• Package delivery and shipping services

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Service Terms and Conditions

• Risk of loss transfers to the recipient upon delivery

5. Pricing and Payment

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to the agreed terms
• Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the actual value of the contents, whichever is less, subject to the following maximums:

• Standard shipments: $100 CAD per package
• Declared value shipments: As declared and paid for
• Consequential damages are excluded

6.2 Insurance Coverage

Basic insurance coverage is included in standard shipping rates. Additional coverage is available for valuable shipments at an additional cost.

7. Claims and Disputes

7.1 Filing Claims

• Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 30 days of delivery
• Claims must be accompanied by supporting documentation
• We will investigate all valid claims promptly
• Settlement will be made according to our liability provisions

7.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

• Direct negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if direct negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration as a last resort
• Courts of Alberta, Canada for legal proceedings

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Non-payment of fees

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or technical failures.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
